Returns
Customers must contact us within 3 days from the date of sale to initiate a return request.
All return requests are subject to review and approval. We reserve the right to accept or decline any case based on the product’s condition and compliance with this policy.

Non-Returnable Items: Customized or personalized products are not eligible for return.
Refunds
Approved returns will be refunded excluding the shipping fee of AED 30, which is non-refundable.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.
We will review your case and provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
